ORDERS & RETURNS

Orders – BKH currently ships only to Canadian addresses. We use Canada Post to ship your delicious jerky with options for Regular Parcel, Expedited Parcel, Xpresspost or Priority shipping. During the checkout process (after adding your items to your shopping cart) you will get an estimate for the shipping costs once you’ve entered your address, according to the destination and shipping method.

Wondering where your order is? Please log into your account to view any current orders. If you have not yet received your order and think that you should have by now, please check your email for a shipment tracking number, or contact us at [email protected].

If you are unsure about ordering online, we will happily take your order by phone at 1-888-97-JERKY. Our Customer Service hours for phone support are Tuesday to Sunday 10am to 6pm PST. We can be reached by email 24 hours at day at [email protected]. Please use the form found at the bottom of this page if you need to locate your order information.

Delivery Standards – Use this as a guide when determining how long it will take to receive a package. Please note, these are estimated transit times once your package has left our warehouse. Most orders will be processed and shipped within 7-10 business days. Rural address areas may have an extended delivery time. Please email us if you are unsure about special order delivery times to your region.

Rush Delivery – We can arrange for a rush delivery using the most cost efficient courier possible. Please let us know if you require a Rush Delivery either by phone 1-888-97-JERKY or by emailinfo@BKHjerky.com and we will contact you with the shipping cost.

Payments – We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.  

Returns – All returns must be unopened and are subject to payment processor fees. We are happy to refund your order if you are not satisfied with our product. Returns must be made within 14 days of your purchase. At the end of the day we want you to be 100% happy with your order. If you are not satisfied, please contact us at [email protected] so we can make it right!

Payment, Pricing & Promotions – Orders over $100-$129 range are eligible for free shipping depending on the promotion. From time to time we may offer special promotions online and in store. Please sign-up for our newsletter to receive updates on our specials! You can also visit us at our store in Vancouver for our in-store specials.
